Papers should have a maximum of 10 pages, and must be in the PDF format. Submissions which deviate from the AICT guidelines may be rejected without review. Submissions will be judged for scientific quality and for suitability as a basis for broader discussion. Authors should certify that their paper represents original work and is previously unpublished. Simultaneous submission to any other conference, workshop or journal is strictly excluded. In case a double submission is discovered, the corresponding paper will be rejected immediately. Authors of all accepted papers are required to send a signed copyright form as required by The International Federation for Information Processing. Please download it here . The signed copyright form should be sent to the I3E 2010 Organizers. You can scan it and send it via email to i3e2010 "at" kti.ue.poznan.pl, or fax it to: +48618480549.
Authors of accepted papers will be asked to prepare camera-ready versions of their papers and submit them in the PDF format and additionally in the Word or RTF format.
Editors will enter into the source files to smooth out any formatting or capitalization discrepancies and to insert running heads, page numbers and a reference line at the bottom of the first page of every paper. Once data processing has been finished, the editors will contact the corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. The editors will not accept any updates to the papers themselves at this stage, nor will correct any mistakes made by the authors themselves, as this would slow down the publication process considerably.
Submission to I3E 2010 is electronic only. Authors are asked to create an account in the EasyChair submission system: www.easychair.org . This account can be used to submit one or more papers.
At least one author of each paper has to register and pay the regular fee before sending the volume to printing.
