The I3E2010 registration process is carried out offline. Please, download the Registration Form , fill it and return a scanned copy by e-mail to informacion@sadio.org.ar with Subject : I3E2010 Registration [Your Last Name] or by fax to (+54 11) 4372 3950.

Conference fee

Registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, coffee/tea breaks, lunch, conference reception, banquet, and conference proceedings.

Conference fee must be paid by at least one author of every accepted paper.

Sponsorship for Participants from Latin America

Limited financial support will be available to participants from Latin America, covering 40% of the registration fees, with priority given to the authors of accepted papers. Therefore, the registration fee for sponsored participants will be USD 240.

The Sponsorship process opens on July 1, 2010 July 9, 2010.

For applying for financial support, please download the Financial Support Application Form , fill it and return a scanned copy by e-mail to informacion@sadio.org.ar with Subject : I3E2010 Ayuda Financiera [Your Last Name] or by fax to (+54 11) 4372 3950.

Applicants will be notified about the outcome of their applications before 30 September 2010.

Those participants who receive financial support must register for the conference before October 1, 2010 deadline, attend the conference and present their submission.

Invitation Letters

Please contact us at i3e@iist.unu.edu if you need an invitation letter for attending the conference. To make sure we can check your eligibility, please forward your acceptance notification e-mail. Please also include in the message your full name, e-mail address, and the number of your submitted papers.

Please note that we can issue the invitation only if you have an accepted paper at the conference.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received until 1 October 2010, there will be a charge of 50 USD. In case a cancellation is received after October 1 but before November 1, 50% of the registration fee will be retained. Cancellations received from November 1 will not be considered.
