ICTAC 2010 - Accomodation
Venue
ICTAC 2010 will be hosted in hotel Imirá Plaza, located on Via Costeira. We recommend that you stay at Imirá as the organization will not provide transportation.
If you plan to extend your stay after the Colloquium, note that September 7th (Tuesday) is a holiday in Brazil and the hotels are usually operating at their maximum capacity. It is recommended that reservations are made well in advance.
Prices
We have negotiated a discount for the attendees of ICTAC 2010. To make a reservation at Imirá with this special discount, you will need to go through us. Please fill the online pre-reservation form or contact us at ictac2010@gmail.com.
Important notice:The week-end following ICTAC 2010 is a national holiday, and the discount will not apply after September 4th. From September 5th on, the value of the standard single room is R$200, and the value of the superior single room is R$280. Since the hotel will be operating at full capacity, reservations for dates from September 5th are only possible up to July 29th, 2010.
