3 The 1994 Board Session

The 1994 Board Session was held Monday-Wednesday 26-28 September 1994.

Monday 26 September
UNU/IIST gave a full day presentation to the Board, to observers and to invited guests representing Macau's Governmental, academic, business and other institutions:

  1. Overview of UNU/IIST's Programmatic Activities

  2. Research: DeTfoRS + Hybrid Systems

  3. The PRaCoSy Railway Computing Systems project

  4. Planned projects: HEMIS, MoTraS, WHeCCS

  5. The MIICI Manufacturing Industry Information & Command Infrastructure project

  6. PRaCoSy demos

  7. The MaGICS project.

Tuesday 27 September
Full Day Board Session.

Main agenda items:

  1. Review of Programmatic Activities -- Directors Report & Discussion

    As the next Biennium Budget years are 1996-1997, the Board did not -- this year -- discuss budget matters.
